SALALAH — Education Minister Dr Madeeha bint Ahmed al Shaibaniyah met here yesterday with the Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar, Sayyid Mohammed bin Sultan al Busaidy. The meeting focused in providing Omani children with more knowledge to help develop their national identity and shape their personality. The minister also visited schools where the Schools Summer Programme, organised by the Ministry of Education, is being carried out. The visit covered Al Saeediya School for Boys and Al Noor School for Girls. Dr Madeeha held a meeting with the students and listened to their views on education in general and on the summer centres in particular. — ONA
