By A Staff Reporter — SALALAH — Twelve people have been reported dead in two different accidents which took place in Salalah and the Wilayat of Yankul yesterday. In the first accident which occurred in Mughsail area in Salalah, nine people were killed. The victims were identified as seven from the United Arab Emirates and two from the Sultanate. Three vehicles including a truck were involved in the accident, but the exact cause of the incident was not known till the time of reporting of this news. According to an eyewitness account, one of the three vehicles involved in the accident lost control causing a head-on collision between two other vehicles. Meanwhile, three people died in an accident involving three vehicles in Yankul.
