The Ministry of Labour Force has introduced so many good laws and has helped so many institutions in their business but why ia the ministry following a catalyst policy in issues such as here-under:
The Ministry is helping Banks by allowing them to obviate in order to escape from the Omanization Trap (Target) that has laid by the Central Bank Of Oman.
They have been allowed, for years, to employ expatriates who are not on their Sponsorship. What they have been doing is that they sign contracts with a local sponsor and employ the labour. These labourers are not technicians, but only because the banks are so influencial that they are not been touched.
This is wrong and must be addressed.
