Pakistan grateful to HM gesture - ISLAMABAD — A number of ambulance vehicles offered by the Sultanate to Pakistan as part of assistance for people displaced in Swat province were delivered here yesterday. The vehicles were handed over to Pakistan Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani by Mohammed bin Said al Lawatia, the Sultanate’s Ambassador to Pakistan. Gilani expressed gratitude to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos for the kind gesture which, he said, is meant to alleviate the suffering of the displaced and other tribal people. — ONA
