MUSCAT — In a freak and tragic accident, an Asian man died when struck by a car at a carwash at Auqad in Salalah.
A car wash worker was directing a driver of a vehicle to the wash tracks when he hit the victim with this car, crushing him against the wall.
In another incident on Tuesday, three people were killed in a collision between two vehicles in Barka, according to a Royal Oman Police (ROP) press release.
According to police, speeding at an intersection caused the crash. Both the drivers and a passenger in one car died on the spot. The vehicles were also severely damaged.
