MUSCAT — His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmood al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers, received here yesterday Han Chi Da, Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Grand National Assembly of China, who conveyed the greetings of the Chinese leadership and their good wishes to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, the government and the people.
HH Sayyid Fahd hailed the growing bilateral relations. They reviewed bilateral co-operation, its future prospects, the Shura march in the Sultanate, the role of the Majlis Oman in development and current regional and global issues.
The guest expressed his happiness for the country’s achievements, thanks to the wise leadership, and hailed the Shura process and its role. He affirmed that the talks he had with the Chairman of the Majlis Addawla and senior Omani officials have positive outcome in strengthening bilateral relations. — ONA
