MUSCAT — Mohammed bin Nassir al Rasbi, Under-Secretary of the Defence Ministry received in his office at Muaskar Al
Murtafaa yesterday Vice Admiral Mark Fox, Commander of the US Naval Forces Central Command who is currently visiting the Sultanate.
During the meeting, cordial conversations were exchanged and matters of common concern were discussed.
The meeting was attended by the US Ambassador to the Sultanate and the
US Military Attaché in Muscat.
The US military official was also received by Rear Admiral Abdullah bin Khamis al Raisi, Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO).
The meeting discussed a number of relevant topics and exchanged views on issues of common concern.
Air Vice Marshal Mattar bin Ali al Obaidani, Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) also received the Vice Admiral.
During the meeting, a number of topics between the two sides were reviewed and cordial conversations in a number of joint topics were exchanged.
