Diwan of Royal Court honours 232 outstanding staff

MUSCAT — The Diwan of Royal Court honoured 232 outstanding and long serving employees, as well as directors-general and their equivalents, and some of the outstanding employees in the field of rehabilitation for 2011 in a ceremony held at Barr al Jissah Resort yesterday.
The ceremony was held under the auspices of Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal al Busaidy, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court.
Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal al Busaidy in his speech said that since the dawn of the blessed Renaissance, His Majesty Sultan Qaboos had showed great interest in the human resources development.
He pointed out that this ceremony comes in translation of the Royal vision in this regard.
In a statement to Oman News Agency (ONA), he added that the ceremony comes in recognition of the outstanding employees at the various units of the Diwan of Royal Court and to encourage them to exert more efforts to serve their 1335376227369452300 country under the wise leadership of His Majesty the Sultan. On his part, Dr Shaikh Talib bin Hilal al Hosni, Secretary-General of Diwan of Royal Court, Head of Inventiveness Committee said that honouring makes everybody happy and the gesture is one of the elements of moral incentives for employees.
The honour also shows that the Minister of Diwan of Royal Court is keen on appreciating the performance of employees and increasing their productivity.
He added that His Majesty has deeply rooted, by his wise approach, the attention in human resources, providing all means to improve their performance, stimulating their potentials and diversifying their innovative capabilities, as man is the core, pillar and source of success and attention of development in this blessed march.
The Diwan of Royal Court has translated these directives by inciting its employees, morally and materially, for the sake of achieving job satisfaction and appreciating the performance.
Dr Al Hosni DSC_9225 said that the Diwan resolution 1/2009 about the inventiveness of employees aimed at supporting job satisfaction of all employees.
The honouring ceremony is an appreciation and recognition of the outstanding employees for their excellent performance and their never-ending endeavours to develop the work and at the same time encouraging them to keep up this level of performance.
The ceremony reflects the keenness of the Diwan of Royal Court to translate the lofty thoughts of His Majesty who always pays full attention to human resources and urges to improve the potentials of these resources to go shoulder to shoulder with modern renaissance.
