MUSCAT — A festive mood prevailed at Sohar as thousands of citizens and residents joined a community gathering organised by BankMuscat in North Batinah Governorate as part of celebrations to mark 2012 al Mazyona Savings Scheme offering a prize money of RO 6 million.
The first-of-its-kind al Mazyona celebrations marked a major step by the bank in building and strengthening relations with the communities in Oman. The bank’s senior executives from the headquarters and region were present at the exciting family event and dinner which was open to all. The highlights of the celebrations included al Mazyona weekly prize draw, folklore Omani music, maritime celebrations, magic show and games for children with attractive spot prizes.
Reckoned the savings scheme of the nation, al Mazyona offers one of the biggest prize money in the savings scheme history in Oman. This year, BankMuscat sprung a big surprise, taking the total prize money of al Mazyona Savings Scheme to a whopping RO 6 million with unparalleled winning chances for all segments across the Sultanate.
