MUSCAT — The Oman Football Association (OFA) will be giving away fabulous prizes during the lead up to the biggest match in the Sultanate — 2014 World Cup qualifier against Australia on June 8 — to avid football fans and supporters of the Red Warriors. Hazzaa Salim Al Saadi, Chief Executive Officer of the OFA, said: “The national team are calling on fans to show their support for the team and for football in Oman by coming down to watch them play at the qualifying match against Australia next month. “We are delighted to be able to offer fans a once in a lifetime experience and we are looking forward to giving away these fabulous prizes to our passionate football supporters.” After the successful launch of the OFA’s Sharik card — which provides each card holder with free access to every home game of the 2014 World Cup together with all the friendlies taking place in Muscat general tickets are now on sale for the June 8 match priced at just RO 2 per ticket.
