MUSCAT — BankDhofar is expanding its Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) presence to provide customers access their accounts at the Oman Oil Petrol Station at Shinas, Batinah North. This takes the total number of ATMs and CDMs for the bank to 140 across the Sultanate.
The new ATM location is extremely convenient for customers travelling to the United Arab Emirates as it is on the road towards the Al Wajajah border.
Faisal bin Hamed al Wahaibi, Assistant General Manager, Retail Banking, commented “As always when looking at a new location for an ATM machine BankDhofar reviews what will work best for our customers to make their banking experience with us as convenient and hassle free as possible. Knowing that many of our customers travel in and out of the UAE we felt the Shinas location to be an added bonus. Also, with the technical college being within easy reach it is sure to be well used by college staff and students.”
The increase in ATMs is part of an overall strategy to further improve the bank’s services to its customers and to encourage new business. With technological efficiency and speed of transaction being top priorities, the bank's new ATM machines provide fast, reliable service with the high level of security.
